Chris Daukaus vs. Jairzinho Rozenstruik officially moved and set for UFC 282 on Dec. 10
The UFC has officially found a place for a ranked heavyweight fight that’ll go down at the end of the year.
Originally scheduled for Oct. 1 at UFC Fight Night 211, Chris Daukaus vs. Jairzinho Rozenstruik has shifted back to UFC 282, which takes place Dec. 10 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Daukaus enters the fight on a two-fight losing skid. All six of his UFC fights have ended inside the distance.
The first four were TKO wins against Parker Porter, Rodrigo Nascimento, Aleksei Oleinik, and Shamil Abdurakhimov. The two losses that followed were TKO defeats to Derrick Lewis and Curtis Blaydes in UFC headliners.
Rozenstruik also seeks a win in the midst of a rough patch. Having dropped three of his most recent four, Rozenstruik is coming off back-to-back losses to Curtis Blaydes and Alexander Volkov.
With the addition, the UFC 282 lineup includes:
- Robbie Lawler vs. Santiago Ponzinibbio
- Dricus Du Plessis vs. Darren Till
- Chris Daukaus vs. Jairzinho Rozenstruik
- Alexander Hernandez vs. Billy Quarantillo
- Dalcha Lungiambula vs. Edmen Shahbazyan
- T.J. Brown vs. Erik Silva
