Is Saraya, FKA Paige, All Elite?
Former WWE star Paige, who now goes by her real name, Saraya, has been a free agent for three months after being let go from her WWE contract, seemingly something she wanted to happen. Immediately, as they do, many fans jumped on the potential of Paige joining another wrestling company, mainly AEW. Paige has been out of action for years after a serious neck injury and was not cleared to compete in WWE. But, could that change? Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select has confirmed that AEW at least had talks with Saraya this summer.
Paige, here! Or Saraya. The former WWE Divas Champion Paige has been a free agent for almost three months since her WWE contract expired, and the landscape of wrestling has changed significantly since then. Saraya hasn’t wrestled since the start of July when her contract was up, though she has agreed to some appearances. She has stated that she’s not opposed to wrestling, but it has to be the right situation, after a neck injury forced her to retire after a brief December 2017 return. The absence outside of WWE isn’t for lack of interest. Fightful Select learned this week via AEW sources that there had at least been conversations with Saraya this summer. We weren’t given additional context of that, beyond one person stating there stating that they believe WWE would also be interested in bringing her back considering the new regime.

Could Paige return to WWE? Or could Saraya be All Elite? Either way, it could definitely be a Grand Slam.
