In the first half of 2022, Randy Orton was on fire in and outside the ring.
Along with Matt Riddle, Orton would become one of the highlights of WWE RAW on a weekly basis. When he along with Riddle would begin feuding with The Bloodline, it was revealed that he was injured and would be going away for a while to recover from a major back injury.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter now reports that WWE are concerned about the severity of Orton’s back injury.

When Orton first left WWE TV, it was reported that he would be out till at least 2023. Time will tell how long he will be out now.
