Many people would likely agree with this statement from Prinze Jr.
During a recent episode of his Wrestling with Freddie podcast, Prinze compared Zayn to some of Hollywood’s most iconic performers. He would also mention that Zayn is the lead of the SmackDown brand.
“Listen to me, it’s not putting him over, I’m spitting facts. There’s Marlon Brando, there’s Bette Davis, and there’s Sami Zayn. That’s not even in the right order. That’s not even the right order,”
“He is the lead of the show. No one will believe me when I say this, but Sami Zayn is the lead of Friday Night SmackDown. He’s the Cary Grant of this movie. He’s the Clark Gable of this movie. Dare I say, he’s the 90s Freddie Prinze Jr of that movie,”
