MJF Suggests Warner Bros Discovery Called Tony Khan And Told Him “To Pay MJF His Money”

MJF suggests something that may or may not have happened.

MJF began a sabbatical away from the company in June, returning at All Out to win the Casino Ladder match and earn an AEW World Title opportunity at any time of his choosing.

While speaking to Sam Roberts on NotSamWrestling, MJF would suggest that Warner Bros Discovery called Tony Khan and asked him to pay MJF his money due to a ratings slump.

 “They were so mad in fact, that once they noticed how much the ratings dipped when MJF left, they may or may not have called Tony Khan and said, ‘pay the man his money.’ Who is to say? What I will say about Warner Brothers Discovery as a whole, they are great.”

MJF currently holds the poker chip that gives him an AEW World Title match at any AEW sanctioned event.
