Hangman Page’s fiery promo was approved by AEW.
On Wednesday night Dynamite, we saw Hangman Adam Page and Jon Moxley have a face to face segment where Hangman showed the world he can go blow for blow on the microphone with Jon Moxley. During the promo her referenced The Elite’s current suspension from AEW, mentioning that some of his friends “really disappeared.”
Dave Meltzer reports in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the promo was approved by AEW.
The Hangman Page promo on Dynamite talking about his former friends disappearing (Young Bucks & Kenny Omega almost for sure), AEW did allow the reference but not the names to be spoken.

Page is scheduled to challenge for the AEW world title next Tuesday, entering Cincinnati, Ohio to try and dethrone the AEW World Champion in his home town.
