The poison has been picked.
This past week on NXT, it was made official that Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez would both pick opponents for each other for next week’s NXT. Cora would be allowed to pick someone from RAW, while Perez would be able to pick from SmackDown. Well, she did. In a backstage segment, Roxanne Perez picked Raquel Rodriguez to be Cora’s opponent next week.
During the segment, Damage CTRL interrupted and Bayley asked why she didn’t pick her, to which Perez responded by saying it’s because Bayley has been on a losing streak. Bayley said she will pay for that and a six women tag match was made for tonight’s SmackDown putting Damage CTRL up against Roxanne, Raquel and Shotzi.
We’ll have to wait until Monday to see who Cora picks for Roxanne Perez.
