The Wednesday Night War became the Tuesday night war last night, as NXT and AEW Dynamite ran against each other in the same time slot. During the shows, both companies referenced each other, with a blatant reference to The Best Friends on NXT.
During the six man tag match between Joe Gacy and his followers squaring off with The OC and Cameron Grimes, Gacy and the Dyad would do a trademark of The Best Friends, a group hug.
