It looks like the AEW All Out Brawl is now reportedly complete.
Punk was involved in a backstage brawl where he fought with The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega at AEW All Out. Since the incident, the company launched an investigation into the incident. Speaking on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported that AEW has completed its investigation.
The investigation is over and you can tell by who’s back and who’s not back [who will be punished.

It’s not clear when the Elite will return to television, but it could very well be sooner rather than later now after a teaser aired on AEW Dynamite this week.
