Is a rematch imminent?
Kenny Omega, Matt and Nick Jackson, collectively known as The Elite, have been off television since their suspension following All Out’s now infamous “Brawl Out” situation. At AEW All Out, The Elite defeated Hangman Adam Page and The Dark Order to become the inaugural AEW Trios Champions. But, not even a day later they were stripped of the titles following their suspension. With the new Trios Titles vacated, a match took place between Death Triangle and Best Friends, seeing Death Triangle become the new champions. Now, it seems that The Elite are on their way back with various “Delete The Elite” vignettes being shown on AEW Dynamite for the past few weeks and the latest vignette showed clips Death Triangle winning the gold. Recently, Tony Khan sat down with DAZN, where he briefly shared his thoughts on the vignettes and mentioned that they raise questions about Death Triangle, the current AEW Trios Champions.
It raises some questions about Death Triangle and what The Elite are trying to say in these videos,

We still have no official time for a The Elite’s return, but it seems like they’re fully headed to clash with Death Triangle. Plus, the video teases leave us to believe that Full Gear is the time and place. We’ll have to wait and see come November 19th.
