MJF Names His Long Island Wrestling Mount Rushmore

MJF definitely didn’t give himself enough credit here.

Wrestling is known world wide, wrestlers come from different parts of the world, different countries, different cities and most certainly there’s a wrestler for every city in the United States. Long Island being one of them, is the home of AEW star MJF. It’s also the home of Matt Cardona, Max Caster and the legend himself, Mick Foley. MJF sat down during a new interview with Newsday where he was asked to give a Mount Rushmore of pro-wrestlers from Long Island and his answer was as expected.

The Mount Rushmore of Long Islanders who are professional wrestlers, I just think is me four times. I think Mick Foley is a hack, and it’s really upsetting that I never got to wrestle him — not because it would be a dream come true for me, but just because I really want to punch him in the face and knock him out with my Dynamite diamond ring, and prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that I’m the greatest Long Island wrestler that’s ever lived.

It was noted that Chris Jericho was born in Manhasset, which set MJF off.

Oh, stop it. You can be born somewhere, but he’s a Canadian. He’s a gross little Canadian.

MJF is set to challenge Jon Moxley this Saturday for the AEW World Title at AEW Full Gear.
