Triple H isn’t interested in bringing back any former WWE talent that have controversies behind them.
While he has brought back several stars to the company, it appears Triple H has his limits with who he will bring back to the company. Ringside News reports that if a talent has any controversies behind them, WWE are not interested in bringing back said talent.
Ringside News was told by a tenured member of the creative team that WWE is looking for returning Superstars who meet a couple pieces of criteria. It was explained to us that, “if you’re really talented and have little to no controversies that can hurt the company, you’re on the new regime’s radar.”

WWE doesn’t want to sign a Superstar who already has a controversial past. That rules out stars such as Velveteen Dream and Ryback. It remains to be seen what talents Triple H will bring back next.
