It was speculated recently Ric Flair was going to feature in “The Iron Claw” in some capacity and now he’s been officially cast in the film.
According to Deadline, wrestling legend and icon Ric Flair has been cast in A24’s upcoming movie about the Von Erich family. The WWE Hall of Famer will be played by Aaron Dean Eisenberg in the feature film.
The film’s production is currently underway. Kerry Von Erich notably defeated Flair in the WCCW 1st Von Erich Memorial Parade of Champions, winning the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. Flair wrestled the Von Erichs several times over the years.
Durkin has already welcomed the wrestling community into this movie by casting AEW superstar Maxwell Jacob Friedman aka MJF in the role of Lance Von Erich.
