Sytch was involved in a fatal three-car crash earlier this year. The driver of the vehicle hit by Sytch, identified as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter Jr. of Daytona Beach Shores, was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Sytch has since been charged with Manslaughter for the incident and is currently awaiting trial.
According to court documentation obtained by PW Insider, the public defender representing her in the case filed a motion in Florida asking for her next-scheduled pre-trial hearing to be pushed back.
For the time being, the court has not yet ruled on the motion. We’ll have to see what will become of the WWE Hall Of Famer in the end.
