New Day Rocks!
On tonight’s edition of WWE NXT, New Day’s Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods showed up to confront the current NXT Tag Team Champions, Pretty Deadly. Things quickly broke down after New Day issued a challenge to Pretty Deadly to put their titles on the line in a match at this Saturday’s NXT Deadline event. Pretty Deadly immediately went in for the attack, but it was New Day who stood tall in the end, taunting Pretty Deadly with their championships.
Kofi Kingston was not a part of NXT originally and while Xavier Woods was, neither have ever held NXT gold. But, could that change come this Saturday at NXT Deadline at 8/7c on Peacock?
