WWE Announces Partnership With Exos To Boost NIL Program

WWE is moving forward with the Next In Line Program.

In December of 2021, WWE announced the launch of the NIL program, which centers around the company recruiting and developing collegiate athletes into potential superstars. In June of this year, they announced the second batch of of recruits. Now, As reported by Scott Felstead of Muscle & Fitness, WWE is partnering with Exos, a leader in the field of “honing human performance. The partnership is expected to give recruits plenty of resources as they aim to reach their athletic potential. Per Felstead, NIL recruits will be able to learn and train at Exos facilities, which are located around the United States. Exos already works with numerous athletes, including NFL draft picks and Olympians. 

James Kimball, WWE Head of Talent Operations and Strategy, commented on the partnership in an interview with Muscle & Fitness and stated that working with Exos will enhance NIL athletes’ experience as they make the jump to WWE.

Additionally, WWE NIL athletes will benefit from the Exos Athlete Experience Program, which has plenty of partners in sports science and data. This program tests the participants on a number of factors, including performance, body composition, and physical therapy testing. Using this data, the program then produces custom plans for each athlete that are designed to optimize training.
