Earlier today Mandy Rose was released by WWE after leaks of a pornographic nature lead to WWE firing the former Tough Enough contestant.
According to Bryan Alvarez, behind his own Twitter paywall, he noted that Mandy Rose was “very much caught off guard by the firing.” She was not alone, because her Toxic Attraction stablemates Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne are also heartbroken.
Mandy Rose was set to defend the NXT Title against Roxanne Perez at New Year’s Evil. That match was moved up to this week thanks to an in-ring angle at the beginning of the show where Roxanne Perez would defeat Mandy for the championship.
