Fightful Select is now reporting that Mandy Rose signed a five-year deal with WWE in 2019 and still had two years left on her contract at the time of her release. They also discounted rumors that Mandy had requested her release two weeks ago.
Mandy Rose was one of many WWE talent that were signed to new, five year deals in 2019, which means she had nearly two years left on her contract at the time of the release. There were some WWE sources that were at least trying to leak that Mandy Rose had requested her release two weeks ago, but so far, we’ve not been given any indication that’s true.

NXT won’t be the same without Mandy Rose. Whatever the circumstance surrounding her release, she left a lasting legacy. For now, fans can only hope that Mandy Rose returns to the company in the future.
