The 16-time World champion was heavily rumored to take part in a match at WrestleMania 39, set to take place in Hollywood, but another report suggested that John Cena might miss the show due to his acting schedule.
However, a recent report by Wrestling Observer Newsletter states that Cena is working to get his schedule cleared for the Show of Shows.
“The belief is that Cena will be working WrestleMania but what we were told is that he’s working on his schedule to make sure it works, but the belief is that he’ll get it done.”

John Cena was last seen on WWE Raw in June 2022, to celebrate his 20th year anniversary in the company. He is set to team up with Kevin Owens to battle Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn on the December 30th edition of SmackDown.
