Former IMPACT Announcer Don West Passes Away Aged 59

The former announcer and sales director for IMPACT Wrestling has sadly passed away.

The news was broken by West’s longtime commentary partner in IMPACT, Mike Tenay. Tenay had spoken to West’s wife, who confirmed the news to him that the announcer had sadly passed away.

Just heard from wife Terri that our brother @DonWestDeals will be spending New Years in heaven. Terri said D-Dub finally had to tap out from his match with lymphoma. We bonded as soon as we met, both as broadcast partners and friends. Years of great moments both on and off camera

Don West worked for IMPACT Wrestling as part of their announce team from 2002 to 2012, partnering with the aforementioned Mike Tenay to become the voice of IMPACT Wrestling during this era.
