It’s soon time.
On January 4th, Kenny Omega will challenge Will Ospreay for the NJPW United States Championship. Ahead of the event, NJPW held a press conference that got personal when Ospreay jumped in the face of Kenny and unleashed a war of words right to his face. Ospreay told Kenny that he’s made so many sacrifices for NJPW, including 14 day travels during the pandemic from the UK to Japan while Kenny got to drive a few hours around Florida from home to the AEW venue. Ospreay continued by calling Omega a “little cunt” for belittling him, because he has no idea what he’s gone through. Ospreay mentioned his best friend dying and having to watch his funeral through and iPad, saying that he held the company down while Kenny was gone and now all his fans get to see Kenny get put down.
