Vince McMahon continues to return to power.
With Stephanie McMahon stepping down from WWE with immediate effect, that left the chairman/woman of the board spot open. That spot has now been filled by Vince McMahon himself, as the WWE Board of Directors have unanimously voted to appoint Vince as the Executive Chairman of the board. McMahon would address this in her statement leaving the company.

And with Nick’s leadership and Paul “Triple H” Levesque as Chief Content Officer, l am confident WWE is in the perfect place to continue to provide unparalleled creative content and drive maximum value for shareholders.

WWE would confirm the news that he had been unanimously voted in as Executive Chairman of the Board. We will have to wait and see what comes next for Vince, and if he will sell the company now he has regained a large amount of power within the company hierarchy.
