This week’s episode of Dynamite, which also saw a taping for Rampage, at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles was a noteworthy show for a couple of reasons.
While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that AEW set the record with Wednesday’s live Dynamite. The company marked their biggest walk-up ticket sales number in history.
AEW is going to hammer California in a big way in the upcoming months. The company’s Revolution pay-per-view will take place in San Francisco on March 5th, 2023 at the Chase Center.
After Wednesday’s AEW show, where they reportedly drew a$700,000 gate, Tony Khan and company have to feel good about the rest of 2023.
