The Great Muta Wins His Final Match
The Great Muta partnered up with Sting and Darby Allin in Pro Wrestling NOAH on Sunday morning. The Great Muta’s team squared off against AKIRA, Hakushi & Naomichi Marufuji.
Sting hit a scorpion death drop, Allin hit a coffin drop, and Muta finished up the match with another shining wizard to Hakushi. Following the conclusion of the match, Muta attacked Hakushi’s ringside monk and then stabbed Hakushi with the grave marker before signing his name in blood.
Muta first appeared as the character Muta in 1989 for the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). He then brought the character to Japan and had notable matches with several prominent wrestlers, including Ric Flair. Muto wrestled with Shinsuke Nakamura from WWE earlier this month as well. Fans were glad to see Muta’s final match and that’s all that matters.
