One of the biggest changes for this year’s Royal Rumble is the fact that there is no mandate to prevent NXT Superstars from competing in the Royal Rumble matches, which is certainly a welcome change.
According to PW Insider, Ivy Nile has been brought in for the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event. Zoey Stark, Indi Hartwell and NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez are also in San Antonio ahead of the show.
That being said, NXT women talent are still waiting to hear about the WWE Royal Rumble match. We will have to wait and see what kind of surprises the company has in store for fans, as excitement is at an all-time high.
