As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Carmella made her television return during a backstage interview segment with Cathy Kelley. She returned with her “Mella is Money” gimmick and was interrupted by Asuka before walking away from her.
The USA Network took to Twitter and commented on the aforementioned segment, where they told Carmella to not mess with Asuka. They also did so without tagging Carmella in the tweet.
Carmella replied to the tweet, making it clear that she is sick of being treated as a lesser person, by even The USA Network. It seems that not getting that extra social media engagement following her television return really got to her.
Carmella will take on Piper Niven in her return match next week on RAW. The winner of the match will qualify for the women’s Elimination Chamber match, so we’ll have to see if Mella will be able to win her returning match. In the meantime, if you’re going to talk about Carmella, you need to tag her.
