Bray Wyatt Wears Uncle Howdy’s Mask At WWE Live Event
Uncle Howdy is a reference to a character from the early days of Bray Wyatt’s career. The mysterious figure is considered to be a precursor to the immensely popular “The Fiend” persona. Over time, the link between Uncle Howdy and Bray Wyatt has grown stronger, as the WWE Universe has begun to see Howdy as a symbol of Wyatt’s inner turmoil.
At a recent WWE live event in Columbus, Ohio, Bray Wyatt stepped in between the ropes wearing the Uncle Howdy mask. The act has now fueled speculations about the link Wyatt and Howdy share considering how their on-screen relationship has developed in recent weeks.
Following his WWE return at Extreme Rules, it appeared that Uncle Howdy was Bray Wyatt’s nemesis. However, in recent weeks the two individuals have seemingly become allies. This week on WWE SmackDown, it was indicated that Wyatt and Howdy are on the same page, and now the former Universal Champion has been spotted wearing the unidentified figure’s mask.
