How Much Money Prominent WWE Names Would Make From Possible 8 Billion Dollar Sale
Vince McMahon’s reappearance on the Board of Directors was met with widespread criticism and seen as a combative effort to reclaim control of WWE. Despite the obstacles, he was eventually named Executive Chairman after Stephanie McMahon’s resignation, with Nick Khan retaining the position of CEO.
Vince McMahon’s comeback was largely so that he could set up WWE for a potential sale, something that has been a huge topic of discussion for numerous years in the pro wrestling world. Many huge buyers are also said to be up for consideration.
According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Vince McMahon could be earning a ton of money if WWE gets sold for $8 billion.
“At press time, with a stock price at $88.50 per share, the company’s Wall Street market value is $6.588 billion.
If the WWE was sold for $8 billion, this is roughly what the key people in the company would make from the sale:
“Vince McMahon $2,552,969,558
“Stephanie McMahon ` $170,842,415
“Linda McMahon $50,320,030
“Kevin Dunn $24,205,410
“Nick Khan ` $13,837,200
“Frank Riddick $10,931,948
“Paul Levesque $8,323,822.”

There are still quite a few potential buyers for WWE, which includes even Tony Khan and his father Shahid Khan. UFC’s parent company, Endeavor, is also in the discussion, as well as Saudi Arabia. Regardless, we will have to wait and see whether WWE will be sold by their projected middle of 2023 time frame.
