Tammy Sytch’s Manslaughter Trial Pushed Back To Late March, Sytch Will Remain Incarcerated Till Trial
Sytch will remain in jail until late March at minimum.
PW Insider report that Tammy Lynn Sytch is nowhere close to getting out of jail. In fact, her trial was pushed back to March 23rd, at her attorney’s request. There are also several witnesses who haven’t told their stories yet.
Her latest pre-trial hearing in Florida has been officially pushed back to 3/23 at Sytch’s attorney’s request. There are several witnesses still scheduled to be deposed.

Tammy Lynn Sytch is currently 50-years-old, and she is facing one count of DUI causing death (DUI Manslaughter, a felony in the third degree), one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license (a felony in the third degree), four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property. 75-year old Julian Lasseter lost his life in that accident that she caused.
