It was previously noted that Trish Status was backstage for RAW in Canada this week. There was a plan for her to appear on the show, but she left before that Ding Dong Hello segment could even start. They set up a WWE Women’s Tag Team Title match between Becky Lynch and Lita against Damage CTRL next week instead.
During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Trish Stratus was backstage at RAW this week. She left before appearing on television, but this wasn’t the only time they cancelled on her in recent memory. That being said, a dose of Stratusfaction is still in the cards.
So, Trish Stratus was backstage, and I don’t know the angle, but she was there. Last week she was supposed to be on the show, but they cancelled. So, they have a plan for Trish Stratus, so I don’t know.”

It was noted how Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler are set to challenge for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania. This could be a tricky piece of booking, but it looks like they have a plan of action. It was also noted that WWE could always book Damage CTRL to wrestle on both nights of WrestleMania 39.
