Tony Khan Says His Big Announcement On AEW Dynamite Is “An Exciting Development” For The Company

AEW President Tony Khan most recently appeared in an interview with Phoenix New Times ahead of AEW’s first show in Phoenix. Concurrently, the February 22 episode of AEW Dynamite would also be graced by a very important announcement by the CEO of AEW.

When pressed about what the announcement is going to entail, Tony Khan preferred to keep silent. What he did let out was that it is going to be a big thing for the company.

“Hah. Well, I can’t tell you right now, but it’s something I’m very excited about and it’s great for the company,” 

“There are a lot of exciting things in the near future for AEW. All I can say is we have an important announcement coming at this show in Phoenix. And it’s an exciting development for the company, and I’m excited to share it with the fans in Phoenix and all over the world.”

It remains to be seen what the announcement is going to entail. The February 22nd edition of AEW Dynamite is also set to feature a match between Jon Moxley and The Evil Uno.
