Max Caster Has Plans For A “Scissorfest” Following Trademark Filing
Max Caster has filed for two new trademarks through his attorney, Michael E. Dockins. Of course, Dockins is popularly known as the “Gimmick Attorney,” because he has helped, so many pro wrestlers lock down their names and catchphrases in the past.
The trademarks in question are “Scissor Me” and “ScissorFest,” both filed by Max Caster. Records show that the filing was made with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on March 2nd. “Scissor Me” has been filed for merchandise purposes, while “ScissorFest” has been filed for entertainment purposes.
Max Caster’s tag team partner, Anthony Bowens, popularized the catchphrase “Scissor Me” on AEW television, which has helped to establish the team’s popularity with fans. This has led to the duo being given a push as one of the top tag teams in the division.
