WWE Selling Special Andre The Giant Championship

Andre the Giant’s legendary rivalry with Hulk Hogan is still talked about to this day. Their match at WrestleMania 3 gave way to one of the most iconic moments in wrestling history, when Hulk body-slammed Andre in the middle of the ring. The match set an indoor attendance record that night and launched WWE to new heights.

In the build to their bout, a special WWE Championship belt was created to specifically fit Andre The Giant. However, it was never needed. To commemorate the legendary feud between Andre The Giant and Hulk Hogan, WWEShop is releasing a replica of an Andre The Giant-inspired championship belt on their website.
