AEW Falsely Advertised Several Stars For This Week’s AEW Rampage
AEW has a lot of irons in the fire, and they also had one more live Rampage to hold before the Revolution pay-per-view. It was a big night at the Cow Palace, but some fans who bought a ticket for the Revolution show might have felt slighted.
During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted how AEW advertised a lot of people for Rampage this week, but they did not deliver. It was noted that big names were on the advertisement for the show as well, like FTR, Sting and former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley.
Of all the people in the ad, virtually nobody in the ad was on the show at all. From FTR, Sting, Darby, Saraya, whatever, it was like the whole Jon Moxley, Bryan Danielson, but Danielson was on the show Wednesday.

We’ll have to see what is in store for AEW. With AEW Revolution coming up tonight, anything is on the table. Hopefully, they will, at least, able to produce a show as they advertised.
