Jeff Jarrett Once Drew Heat For Laying In A Guitar Shot Too Hard
Jeff Jarrett can do some damage with an acoustic guitar, especially if it’s not gimmicked to break apart. It’s unclear whether the guitar he used on Ahmed Johnson was rigged to explode, but it certainly created a lasting impression on the former WWE Superstar.
While speaking to Pounding the Meat, Ahmed Johnson revealed that he actually didn’t appreciate how hard Jeff Jarrett hit him with that guitar. This created a bit of backstage heat for him as well.
“Well, the time he hit me with that guitar, I don’t know if you remember that guitar shot I took, I mean he laid it in there, man. Now, I don’t know if he used the right wood or what, but when he rung it in there, it rung my bell, and I was kinda upset about that for a while, so me and Jeff Jarrett didn’t get along all that good.”
Ahmed Johnson
We’ll have to see if Ahmed Johnson and Jeff Jarrett are ever able to bury the hatchet. Johnson is starting to come out more and make some pro wrestling appearances, but those convention bookings do not mean he’s anywhere close to making a return to the ring. Jeff Jarrett, on the other hand, doesn’t seem to show any signs of slowing down.
