Tony Khan Reveals AEW Revolution And ROH Honor Club Buy Numbers
AEW Revolution is in the rearview mirror now, and fans saw quite a show from California. After the event was over, Tony Khan stuck around the media scrum to answer some questions. In the process, he also flexed some of the company’s recent numbers.
Tony Khan was asked about how the AEW Revolution pay-per-view performed in the box office. While he did not have any theatrical numbers ready, because the event was broadcast in select theaters, Tony Khan did have some stats to brag about, which put Revolution in line with AEW’s past efforts.
$800,000, it was a record for the city of San Fransisco, and I think our attendance will be right in line of the best attendance we had at Revolution. About 9,000 people total, and over 8,000 paid, and I think that’s really strong.

Tony Khan went on to say that, “It looks like it’s in line with our recent shows, possibly more than Full Gear.” He also threw out the number of 140,000 buys, or maybe more. Tony Khan also expressed hope that the company will get a lot of replay buys.
Tony Khan also revealed that Honor Club has about 12,000 subscriptions on it now, which he noted is “just about” as good as the subscription platform has ever done, even when they were at their hottest with the SuperCard of Honor event at MSG.
Only time will tell what Tony Khan’s organizations do in the future, but he is certainly remaining positive at this time. The numbers are also apparently favorable for him as they continue.
