WWE Planning Two Big Matches For Women’s Tag Team Champions At WrestleMania
Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler are still a team on SmackDown, and they want the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles. The situation got very interesting when Lita and Becky Lynch pulled down those belts from Damage CTRL.
During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer spoke about this situation. It was confirmed that even though Lita and Becky Lynch are now the champions, that does not nix plans for Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler’s reign as champions.
“They still have a tag title match, there’s gonna be two matches coming out of this program.
“Whoever are the champions will wrestle Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler, but they’re also doing the six-woman.”
Dave Meltzer
We’ll have to see what happens on the road to WrestleMania. Obviously, a lot of things are going on, and anything could be in play. After all, WrestleMania is a two-night event, so they could wrestle on both nights.
