Major League Wrestling aired the newest episode of MLW Underground on March 7. Matches were taped at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, PA. The show aired on REELZ.

- Jacob Fatu def. Lio Rush
- MLW World Heavyweight Champion Alex Hammerstone joined the commentary team for the match. After the match, Fatu calls ou Hammerstone, who gets into the ring. They face off and get into a wild brawl.
- Backstage, Sam Adonis introduces Cesar Duran, who says the group is dripping in gold. Taya Valkyrie and John Hennigan walk in and brag about their gold. Hennigan flexes, and the trio laughs.
- Billington Bulldogs (Tom & Mark Billington) def. Bomaye Fight Club (Myron Reed & Mr. Thomas) vs.
- Alex Kane joins the commentary team for the match. He distracted the Billington Bulldogs, but Davey Boy Smith Jr. takes him out. With the win, the Billington Bulldogs earned Smith Jr. a match with Kane.
- In a video message, Real1, who is in a wheelchair, says he’s suing everybody. He insults Mance Warner and makes it clear that he wants revenge. The broadcast team says Real1 will be back next week, and he has vowed to legally serve Warner. A tag title match between Hustle & Power and The Samoan Swat Team is also announced for next week.
- In an interview, EJ Nduka says Fatu disrespected him, and Fatu should put respect on what they’ve done. Calvin Tankman calls him out for doing things by himself and reminds him they’re supposed to be brothers. He tells Nduka to get his head in the game, and Nduka says they are going to take over.
- A video package highlights Alex Hammerstone.
- In a promo, Mance Warner, alongside Microman, targets the mystery men who attacked Microman on the February 28 episode. He says he has Microman’s back, so attacking him was the worst thing the group could have done. Warner makes it clear that he wants to fight the attackers and challenges them to a match next week.
- In a video, Raven reveals that he’s behind the mystery attackers. He says he’s a martyr for the people who have been left behind. He says he feels their pain, and he’s their savior. Raven says he’s their hope as images of weapons and barbed wire are shown. Raven says the group is dangerous, and they believe in the cause, and they trust him. AKIRA and Rickey Shane Page appear alongside him. and say, “Trust in Raven.”
- MLW World Heavyweight Championship: Alex Hammerstone (c) def Lance Anoa’i (with Jacob Fatu & Juicy Finau) via disqualification.
- Jacob Fatu joins the commentary team for the match. Calvin Tankman and EJ Nduka are in the crowd. Fatu and Hammerstone brawled, and the referee called for the bell. Calvin Tankman & EJ Nduka brawl with the Samoan Swat Team (Juicy Finau & Lance Anoa’i).
