Melina was regarded as a supremely talented athlete inside the squared circle. Moreover, her red carpet entrance, the famous split before entering the ring, and her overall personality captivated the audience back in those days.
Melina was beloved by her fans for a very long time, but she also had her fair share of controversy. This included a lot of situations due to which she got into the WWE backstage heat.
However, a fan recently took a shot at Melina on Twitter. The detractor claimed that WWE had to let go of Melina after she captured the WWE Divas title because they chose not to honor any extra demands of her. Moreover, this caught the attention of the former WWE Women’s champion who decided to present her side of the story on Twitter and cleared the air regarding her WWE exit.
Melina unexpectedly entered a WWE ring in January 2022 as the second participant in the Women’s Royal Rumble event to the delight of the crowd. It was her most recent outing with the company and it looks like we will have to wait and see if she will be back on WWE programming once again.
