The WWE Hall of Famers were brought into the company back in the late 2000s. They were the first twin sisters to be signed to the company and were given the last name Bella while abbreviating their real names to shorter versions.
Even after the Bella Twins retired from in-ring competition, they would continue to make appearances on WWE television programming under their ring names. However, it looks like that won’t be the case moving forward.
Nikki Bella and Brie Bella have recently dropped the “Bella” name from their social media handles. Instead, they are now listing themselves as Nikki Garcia and Brie Garcia Danielson, being close to their real names.
The now-former Bella Twins were advertised to appear on the RAW XXX episode, however, the duo chose to skip the event. In a live Instagram video, The Bella Twins took a shot at WWE claiming that the company chose not to honor the Women’s Revolution which led to Nikki and Brie not appearing for the show.
