Earlier this month, AEW paid tribute to one of Steve Austin’s iconic bloody shot from WrestleMania 13. This led to Kevin Nash stating that The Texas Rattlesnake does not even watch AEW. Even The Undertaker got a kick out of Kevin Nash’s comment.
AEW simply does not get the ratings it used to get. Many believe this is due to the lack of CM Punk on AEW television, while others attribute it to the company lacking any proper direction.
While speaking during the latest episode of Kliq This, Kevin Nash revealed that he and Steve Austin do not watch AEW, adding that Nash himself has not watch the product in months.
“I just want to go on record today, I have not watched AEW in months. It goes back to Steve Austin and I got a pact that he’s not watching it therefore I’m not watching it and what I can tell by Twitter is [Undertaker] is now not watching it.
It’s nothing against any of the talent over there, anybody that does anything over there. It’s just something that we decided. It’s like lent, you have to give things up so we did that. It doesn’t change the fact that Kenny Omega is my favorite wrestler. Doesn’t change that at all.”

Kevin Nash will always stay involved in the world of professional wrestling. However, that does not mean he is obligated to watch anything and everything. Perhaps Nash will watch AEW again somewhere down the line.
