Kurt Angle had to undergo back surgery this year, and it seems that there is already progress. The WWE Hall of Famer had a glowing report on his status.
During his Ad Free Shows podcast, Kurt Angle shared some very good news about his health status. His back surgery “actually worked,” but it’s still a waiting game to see how effective it was.
“I think it actually worked. I don’t know yet, but I don’t have the pain going down my legs, so the operation definitely worked.”
“I’m hoping that the pain in my back will subside, and hopefully it will in the next few days, and then I’ll feel really good about it. The doctor did a great job. He really did. I was having problems with my legs and the nerves going down my legs, and that’s all gone, so I’m good with that.”

Only time will tell if Kurt Angle makes a return to WWE. His days as an in-ring competitor are very likely over. After all, he turned down a huge money deal with AEW in recent memory.
