Former NJPW Referee Joins NXT
WWE currently has more than a dozen referees on the main roster as well as on their development system. Match officials such as Charles Robinson and Chad Patton are on the top of the list in terms of seniority. The company recently signed a new referee to a contract.
According to PW Insider, WWE has brought Jeremy Marcus on board as a match official for the white and gold brand. The report stated that Marcus is graduate of the Santino Bros Wrestling Academy. Moreover, he used to officiate matches for NJPW USA.
Jeremy Marcus, a Santino Bros Wrestling Academy graduate and referee for NJPW USA, announced that he has joined NXT as a referee.
