Tim White to Be Inducted Into The WWE Hall Of Fame, Will Receive WWE Warrior Award

Tim White is going into the WWE Hall Of Fame.

On the March 29 episode of WWE’s The Bump, Kayla Braxton announced that Tim White will receive the 2023 Warrior Award, which is presented to an individual who has exhibited unwavering strength and perseverance and who lives life with courage and compassion.

White worked for WWE for 24 years, and he officiated many classic matches, including the Hell in a Cell Match between Mankind and The Undertaker at King of the Ring 1998. He retired from his role as a referee in 2002, but he returned for the match between Chris Jericho and Christian at WrestleMania 20.

White also worked behind the scenes as an official and talent agent. Before he became a full-time referee, White worked as Andre the Giant’s assistant. White also owned the The Friendly Tap, a bar that was the site of many WWE events throughout the Attitude Era.

White passed away at the age of 68 in 2022. The long-time referee was renowned throughout the wrestling world; it was evident he impacted countless people, as seen in the messages they shared when he passed away.

The WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony will be held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California on March 31.
