It is believed Christian wants to return to WWE to have a run with Edge.
Christian and Edge were a staple of the WWE tag team division while they teamed together, competing in multiple TLC matches that etched their names in history.
Currently, Christian is signed to AEW and returned to TV this week. However, as already mentioned Christian has a long history with WWE, and his friend and former tag team partner Edge is very keen on teaming up with him again before he retires from the ring for good, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Behind-the-scenes there was talk of Edge and Christian wanting to team together for one last time or run but we don’t know Christian’s contract length and if it would be possible.

As reported, it is unknown when Christian’s AEW contract is over, but for now he will remain one of the top heels in All Elite Wrestling.
