Kota Ibushi Thinks He Better Suits AEW Than NJPW
Kota Ibushi believes his time in AEW would be better suited than returning to Japan.
Ibushi recently returned to the ring after a long lay off dude to injuries and contract negotiations with New Japan Pro Wrestling. He is now a free agent, and has yet to make a decision on where he will end up next.
Speaking to Dark Puroresu Flowsion, Kota would mention his desire to wrestle in AEW, noting the friends he has within the company.
“I don’t want to go out normally, I want to go out seriously. I think I’m more suited to AEW than Japan. I already thought so during All In. I have many friends. There are even the best tag partners”
Kota Ibushi
Ibushi competed at the original All In, and would certainly be a big name that Tony Khan would want on the 2023 edition of the show. We will have to wait and see where Ibushi will go next, but fans are certainly excited for the next chapter in Ibushi’s career.
