Jeff Hardy may be back in AEW as soon as he has recovered from his recent eye surgery.
Jeff Hardy has been off AEW TV since he was arrested in a DUI incident. That incident has since been resolved in court, and with Jeff completing rehab, it is down to him when he decides to return to All Elite Wrestling.
On The Extreme Life Of Matt Hardy, Matt would discuss Jeff’s current medical update.
“Jeff just had some eye surgery. His eyes were just a little off-set, it’s just probably from wear and tear and beating his body up. They had to work on some ligaments and tendons in one of his eyes. So they corrected that [with] surgery and they said probably in five, six weeks, he should be okay. So I’m hoping after that, now that he’s kind of putting this whole situation behind him, that we’ll see him back around soon. I’m hoping so, man. You guys keep your fingers crossed. Maybe six, eight weeks from now, hopefully we can see some Jeff Hardy on AEW.”

We will have to wait and see when Jeff will return and if this will be his final in ring run as he like his brother, are not getting any younger so we may only have a few matches left in the career of The Hardy Boys.
