Vince McMahon Will Not Have Full Voting Control After WWE-UFC Merger
Vince McMahon will not have full voting control once the two companies merge.
Endeavor have made the purchase of WWE and plan to combine the UFC with the company for a 21 billion dollar merger, and with that will come changes to the hierarchy of power within the merged company.
According to Wrestlenomics, Vince McMahon will no longer have majority voting control over WWE or other entities within the new company following WWE and UFC’s merger deal. Vince’s shares are estimated to give him 18 percent voting control within the company.
When WWE merges with UFC, Vince McMahon will no longer have majority voting control over WWE or other entities within the new company. We estimate he’ll hold about 18% of all shares.

Meanwhile, Stephanie McMahon will have just over 1% voting power while her mother Linda will have less than half a percent.
We will have to wait and see what comes next for Vince, as Monday Night RAW is set to go down later tonight. Time will tell if the show will once again be spearheaded by McMahon.
