Jeff Hardy will be appearing back in AEW from this week, but he is not ready for an in ring return just yet.
Hardy returned on this week’s edition of AEW Dynamite, helping his brother and HOOK fend off The Firm, along with a trusty steel chair. This was Hardy’s first appearance since his DUI last year, which was sorted out legally earlier this year.
Fightful Select now reports that Hardy is not ring ready as he is still recovering from eye surgery.
– We’re told that Jeff Hardy is still physically recovering from a recent surgery, and there are some alternate plans over the next few weeks that don’t involve him wrestling.

Hardy will of course, most likely be continuing to work with his brother Matt, likely to free up the Hardy brothers for one last run at championship gold or dream matches.
