Eric Bischoff Believes AEW Has Too Many “Childish” Storylines
Eric Bischoff believes AEW is losing good will with fans.
Bischoff, who was previously the head honcho in WCW and IMPACT, has always had a love hate relationship with AEW which seems to change at the tip of the hat. While Tony Khan has been dismissive of Bischoff’s critiques, many fans have agreed with the WWE Hall Of Famer.
While speaking to Riju Dasgupta, Eric Bischoff stated that he believes AEW has lost ground due to childish storylines.
“I think AEW has lost ground. They have lost a lot of goodwill with their audience. I think the audience is getting tired of the lack of creative in AEW. Their storylines are horrible, if they even exist. What passes for a storyline in AEW might pass for a storyline amongst a bunch of 8 year olds or 10 year olds. But in terms of a legitimate compelling story that progresses and builds and evolves in a compelling way that people keep coming back and the audience keeps growing, it’s non-existent in AEW. It’s a mess.”

Bischoff as mentioned has been very negative for the most part about AEW, but has had times where he has praised the company, including when he stated that he believed All In would outsell WWE Clash At The Castle.
What do you think? Do AEW have too many childish storylines?
